1. Brahma Muhurta Waking

Waking 45 minutes before sunrise when the atmosphere is rich in Sattva energy. Helps maintain mental clarity, bowel regularity, and high metabolic fire.

2. Ushapan & Cleansing

Drinking lukewarm water stored in copper vessels to stimulate peristalsis, followed by Jihva Nirlekhana (tongue scraping) to remove overnight oral Ama.

3. Daily Abhyanga & Oil Pulling

Kavala (oil swishing with sesame oil) for gum health, followed by self-Abhyanga body oiling to prevent premature aging and joint stiffness.

20โ€“30 minutes of Surya Namaskar, gentle stretching, and Nadi Shodhana breathwork to balance left (Ida) and right (Pingala) nervous channels.

Consuming the heaviest meal at noon when digestive fire (Jatharagni) peaks with the sun, keeping dinner light and completed before 7:30 PM.
