Purva Karma (Preparatory Phase - 5 to 7 Days)
The patient drinks increasing doses of medicated cow's ghee (Snehapana) in the morning to saturate body cells. On the final days, synchronized warm oil massages (Abhyanga) and herbal steam box treatments (Swedana) mobilize loosened Kapha toward the stomach lining.

Pradhana Karma (Main Action Day)
Early in the morning, the patient is administered a decoction of Madanaphala (emetic nut), licorice, and milk. Under continuous pulse checks and supervision by Dr. Padma Agarwal, controlled emesis occurs, expelling toxic fluids. The quantity and color of expelled toxins are measured to confirm complete detox.

Paschat Karma (Post-Therapy Diet - 3 to 7 Days)
Since the digestive fire (Agni) is weak after emesis, the patient follows a strict sequential diet (Samsarjana Krama). Starting with thin gruel (Manda), progressing to thick rice gruel (Peya), spiced rice soup (Yusha), and finally regular nutritious food.
